Instructions

• Get the email permission of the candidate to pass on their information to us.
• Call us on +91 9599575753 or email info@4mgrowthsolutions.com to activate this offer and pass on the candidate's information.
• We will clarify the referral fee you could get if the candidate is placed with our clients.
• And you will get paid based on the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

• You must gain express permission from the preferred candidate to pass their information to 4M Growth Solutions, prior to sending us their contact information.
• Not applicable for all the positions – the respective recruitment consultant will be notifying the referral positions as and when it arises (will be notified separately in our Ads)
• The referral must be a new candidate to our database, or have not been contacted by 4M Growth Solutions in over 12 months.
• Reference fees will be paid once the candidate has completed their probationary period with the client organization.
